The return policy for eric-bompard.com is as follows:
To return all or part of an order, the return portal on the website should be used. The steps to print the return label and return note are provided on the portal. The item(s) to be returned should be indicated and the reason for the return should be mentioned. The return is operated by DHL Express.
The package should be prepared with the return documents printed from the return portal. The item(s) to be returned should be packed using the original packaging. The return label should be affixed to the outside of the parcel and the return note should be placed inside. The commercial invoice must be handed to the courier.
The package can be sent back by going to www.dhl.com and choosing the country from the « Choose a location » pull-down menu. There are two options: Select « Contact DHL Express » for a parcel pick-up or click on « DHL Service Point Location » for a parcel drop off.
If an article purchased on the website is to be returned, there is a 30-day period, from the date the order was received, to proceed with the return process. The article should be in its original condition, accompanied by the label on the garment and the protective film to be returned.
The returns are free of charge for Europe. If several items from one order need to be returned, they should be sent in the same package to enjoy the free return. For any other country, the return is at the user's own expense and will be deducted from the refund. The return cost will appear on the return portal after validation of the return.
